If you are thinking about working for them. Whether you are without experience, beginner, or long experience, the company will accept you as a new driver for one of its trucks. Here is the salary you will get for your work. Or the price you will get for every mile you travel.

CFI: Solo base rates by verified experience are as follows.

CFI offers competitive base rates for solo drivers based on verified experience. Drivers with over 6 years of experience can expect to earn $0.48 per mile, while those with 5 years receive $0.47 per mile, and those with 4 years receive $0.46 per mile. For drivers with 3 years of experience, the rate is $0.45 per mile, and for 2 years, it's $0.43 per mile. Drivers with less experience still receive competitive rates, with those in the 0-1+ year bracket earning $0.42 per mile. 

Additionally, rates vary for drivers with less than a year of experience, with those in the 6-11 month range also earning $0.42 per mile, and those with 3-6 months earning $0.35 per mile. For drivers with 0-2 months of experience, the rate is $0.29 per mile. These rates reflect CFI's commitment to fairly compensating drivers based on their experience levels.

CFI :Team Base Rates (per driver)

CFI offers competitive base rates for team drivers, with rates varying based on the number of miles driven per driver. For teams covering 0-124,999 miles, each driver earns $0.275 per mile. As the mileage increases, so does the rate, with drivers covering 125,000-249,999 miles earning $0.280 per mile, and those covering 250,000-374,999 miles earning $0.285 per mile. 

For teams covering 375,000-499,999 miles, the rate increases to $0.30 per mile, and for 500,000-624,999 miles, it's $0.305 per mile. The rates continue to rise incrementally, with drivers covering 875,000-1,999,999 miles earning $0.325 per mile, and those with 2,000,000 or more miles earning $0.330 per mile. These rates reflect CFI's dedication to providing competitive compensation for team drivers based on their mileage contributions.

CFI Extra Pay

CFI offers various additional pay incentives to its drivers, enhancing their overall compensation package. For instance, drivers transporting placarded hazmat loads receive an extra $0.06 per mile, with the company providing time and reimbursement for obtaining the necessary endorsement. In the Northeastern States and DC, drivers earn an additional $0.05 per mile. Moreover, CFI provides a driver referral bonus of $2,000, which was increased to $3,000 until December 31, 2020. Safety is also rewarded, with drivers eligible for a quarterly safety bonus ranging from $0.01 to $0.04 per mile, which increases over time based on company service miles.

Additionally, drivers benefit from compensation for time spent on non-driving activities, such as detention and layovers. For detention pay, drivers receive $16.00 per hour starting after 2 hours of waiting. Layover pay amounts to $90.00 per day, starting after 48 hours. These extra pay opportunities reflect CFI's commitment to rewarding its drivers for their efforts and ensuring competitive compensation within the industry.

CFI  currently have over-the-road company positions and some regional positions available.  Drivers are usually out for 14-21 days, over-the-road, running 48 states with Canada being optional. CFI also has regional positions available if you live in a regional hiring area.  We do require that you have 1-6 months of recent experience.  You will have to go out with trainer if you have less than 3 months.  For those that do not require a trainer, you will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.  $2,500 sign on bonus for solo drivers and $20,000 for teams.
